There were a ton of kids and I could see where this would make a great local campground to get away for a couple of days. We were ate up by bugs but that was our fault for not bringing spray. But everyone around us was having a fire. We did not encounter the sounds of any generators. Although you could see them cleaning the bathrooms they just did not feel clean and I did not love showering there at all. There were mature trees so there was plenty of shade. We felt like we had room to maneuver and the sites were nice. We chose this campground as it was close to a friend. When we were driving in we thought it was very remote until we came to a clearing and then there were a TON of people there. Driving into the park we were impressed by the beauty.
